We recommend that you check the products once they are delivered to you to avoid damages during shipping. All products can be returned, except for a few exceptions. You may request replacement or order other products as long as you inform us within 14 calendar days of the date of delivery of the products based on the delivery documents provided that they comply with the following conditions.
- The request must not exceed 14 calendar days from the date of delivery (based on the delivery documents).
- In order for all products to be accepted to be returned, they must be received in the original condition without the package being opened or altered and the product must not be used in any way.
- In case of incorrect shipment of a product by our company, the return is accepted if you notify us within 5 business days from the date of delivery (based on the delivery documents).
- In the event that no mistake is made by our company in the shipping the product, shipping costs to Automarine Technology shall be borne exclusively by the customer.
- All returns require proof of purchase. In case of invoice the return must be accompanied with a shipping document.
- Before returning the product you must contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Returns that we are not previously informed will not be accepted.
- If the returned product meets the above criteria, you can send it back to us for replacement or you purchase another product. In any other case we reserve the right not to accept the refund.
- Please remember that you can replace or order other products, only if the returned products meet all of the above conditions and are in a condition suitable for sale.
- In case of return of a non-defective product, shipping costs are exclusively incurred by the customer.
