However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. You can find out more about our return policy below.

RETURNS OF GOODS
All returns must be dispatched within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase. All new items returned must be new and unused, with all original markings and tags attached. Used products must have warranty seals.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please complete the form below.
Please note that you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a tracking method for your return.
You can also use the prepaid shipping label that was sent after completing the form. If you use a prepaid shipping label, the shipping cost will be deducted from your return to cover shipping costs.

REFUNDS
After receiving the return and checking the condition of the package, we will deal with the refund or replacement. Please allow at least two days after receiving your item for return or exchange to be processed. We will notify you by email once your return has been processed. The refund will be issued to the payment method that was used to make the purchase.
